CERTIFICATION

CERTIFICATION REFUSAL
Rejection of certification can be done by JAS Certification, under the following conditions:
  • If at the time of the audit something happens and results in the audit result declared invalid
  • If the product or scope of audited certification is no longer provided by the client.
  • Official request by client
  • The client organization is disbanded because of something
  • SUSPEND CERTIFICATE
    The suspension of certification can be caused at the request of a client who is voluntarily certified or by the JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCY (Business Certification Agency) if the client does not meet the following requirements:
  • Not conducting a Surveillance Audit.
  • For Surveillance Audit, if the Corrective Action Request (CAR) is not completed within the specified time limit.
  • JAS Certification provides written information to clients 1 week before the due date to immediately complete the CAR.
  • If CAR is not followed up to a specified time limit then JAS Certification will conduct a freezing process.
  • If the client misuse the JAS certificate or Logo, JAS Certification will send a Letter of Suspension or Revocation to the Client.
  • If the client is not willing to be audited for surveillance within the specified time period, then JAS Certification has the right to send a freezing letter to the client.
  • If the client has not completed the surveillance fee administration and made an official confirmation to the JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCY until the specified deadline, the Quality Assurance Section will send the first warning letter, which is a certificate freezing letter counted H + 1 from the agreed surveillance date.
  • If the client's status has been frozen by the JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCY, the freezing status can be checked on the JAS Certification website The freezing period of the certificate is 180 days.
  • Within 180 days after the certificate is frozen, if there is no response and follow-up from the client, the client's certificate is revoked.
  • REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE
    Revocation of certificate can be done by JAS Certification, under the following conditions:
  • Corrective action on nonconformities that have been taken by customers is inadequate in the case of certificate freezing.
  • The client has not fulfilled his financial obligations to the JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCY.
  • The certified client requests a voluntary revocation of the certificate;
  • If the permit to administer the institution is revoked by the licensor.
  • REACTIVITY CERTIFICATE
    Certification can be reactivated after it has been frozen if the certified client can fulfill:
  • Has conducted an audit and completed the audit findings before the deadline for revocation of certification; and
  • Settling administrative and billing matters to JAS Certification
  • EXTENSION, AMENDMENT, LIMITATION AND REDUCTION OF SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION

    Top management of JAS Certification has a high commitment to impartiality in management systems , managing conflicts of interest and ensuring the objectivity of management systems.

    IN IMPLEMENTING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PARTNERSHIP OF JAS CERTIFICATION HAS
  • JAS Certification ensures that the activities of separate legal entities that have relations with certification bodies or legal entities where the certification body is located, do not compromise the impartiality of its certification activities.
  • JAS Certification appoints a impartiality security committee in accordance with standard requirements or compliance with the Management System Certification Institute.
  • JAS Certification holds the principle that decisions must be based on objective criteria, not on the basis of calculating profits to other parties for inappropriate reasons.
  • JAS Certification cannot provide certification if there is a relationship that creates a threat of impartiality.
  • JAS Certification does not offer or provide management systems.
  • JAS Certification does not offer or provide an internal audit of the client with the certification.
  • JAS Certification does not provide certification to customers who have received management or internal audit system consultations, where the relationship between the consulting organization and JAS Certification shows threats that affect JAS Certification's impartiality.
  • JAS Certification ensures that all personnel (including contract personnel) act objectively and are free from commercial and financial pressures and other pressures, which may affect the results of certification.
  • JAS Certification does not provide certification to other Certification Bodies for its quality management system.
  • REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATION

  • Corrective action on nonconformities that have been taken by customers is inadequate in the case of certificate freezing.

  • The certified client requests a voluntary revocation of the certificate;
  • The client has not fulfilled his financial obligations to the JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCY.
  • Proven to violate the law set by the competent authority;
  • COMPLAINT

    COMPLAINT

    Complaints are expressions of dissatisfaction addressed to the organization, regarding the product, or the process of handling the complaint itself, and for this complaint it is hoped that a response or resolution is express or implied.

  • Complaints to JAS Certification can be delivered via website, telephone, email or come directly to our office. Complaints Handling is divided into three categories, namely:
  • 1. Client Complaints about the Certification Service of JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCIES

    2. Client Complaints about Employee Behavior and Ethics JAS CERTIFICATION AGENCY

    3. Employee Complaints to Other Employee Behaviors and Ethics

  • After filing a complaint, JAS Certification informs the Client or Employee that the complaints are accepted or rejected in a timely manner.
  • JAS Certification receives and reviews client complaints and analyzes the complaints.
  • JAS Certification provided a decision and took corrective actions against the complaint.
  • After the complaint request has been corrected and the settlement action has been approved by the complainant,JAS Certification gave an official statement to the complainant at the end of the complaint handling process.
  • The entire process related to complaints, both the party that filed the complaint and the contents of the complaint are guaranteed confidentiality by the certification body.
  • If the Client does not / does not receive the results of the corrective and preventive actions taken by the JAS CERTIFICATION, it is directed to undertake consensus agreement between the JAS CERTIFICATION with the client / other party who filed a complaint.
  • If no agreement is reached in the consensus agreement, the client / other party who filed the complaint can submit an appeal.

    An appeal is a follow-up effort arising from the client's non-acceptance of the audit findings; or client dissatisfaction with the outcome of the decision in the complaint handling process of the JAS Certification. The JAS Certification has a well-documented certification process to analyze the possibility of an appeal. The following processes:

  • JAS Certification receive and review Appeals from Clients.
  • JAS Certification informs the Client about the acceptance or rejection of the appeal
  • JAS Certification reviewing appeals.
  • JAS Certification is fully responsible for all decisions at all levels of the appeals handling process and ensures that the personnel involved in the appeal handling process are different from the personnel carrying out the Audit and making certification decisions and do not result in acts of discrimination against the appellant.

  • After the appeal has been corrected and the settlement action has been approved by the appeal applicant, the JAS Certification Body gives an official statement to the appeal applicant at the end of the appeal handling process.
  • The appeal handling process includes a minimum of the following elements and methods:

  • Outline the process for the acceptance, validation and investigation of appeals and to decide on actions to be taken by considering the results of previous similar appeals.
  • Scanning (tracking) and recording appeals, including actions taken to ensure that corrections and appropriate corrective actions have been taken.
  • The JAS Certification notifies the client of the receipt of an appeal and submits a progress report on the outcome of the appeal.
  • Decisions taken by the JAS Certification from the results of the completion of the corrective action / appeal request are communicated to the appeal applicant to be made, reviewed and approved by one individual who is not involved in the subject of the appeal.
